Hi-lex概要
Hi-lexは、英語学習者の語彙学習を支援するために作成されたウェブアプリケーションで、学習者が文章の中で見つけた、知らない単語やなじみのない単語に関する情報を提供します。文章をHi-lexに貼り付けることで、学習者は文章中の各単語に関する定義、難易度、専門分野などの情報を得ることができます。
これは広島大学外国語教育研究センター（FLaRE）のヒガ マーシャル准教授が松江工業高等専門学校の芦田洋一郎准教授の技術協力を得て作成されたものです。

About
The Hi-lex System is a web application designed to help an English learner to study vocabulary by providing information about unknown words that a learner may find in a reading passage. By copying and pasting a text into Hi-lex, learners can get information about each word in the text, such as the definition, difficulty, and area of specialization.
It was created by Marshall Kiyoshi Higa (Associate Professor) of the Hiroshima University Institute for Foreign Language Research and Education (FLaRE), with technical assistance from Yoichiro Ashida (Associate Professor) of the National Institute of Technology, Matsue College.
